Another thing you can do is to use a psuedonym,i do it all the time when getting insurance quotes on line etc. That way if you get a letter with "that " name on it you know its junk and you can bin it with out even opening it.It must be amusing for my postman delivering letters addressed to mr marvin...

You could try speaking to HIS insurer as a lot of the time they will be willing to sort out the repairs themselves as it saves them money and it saves you having to pay the excess( which is all claimed back from them at the end of the day). They usually provide a courtesy car even if you dont have on...

No disrespect to ray,but i have worked in a call centre and have been at the sharp end of some seriously rude customers, and sometimes you build up a 'defence' to it.i managed to stay happy and fresh but some of my so called colleagues 'defence' was to be instantly offensive to callers.seeing as all ...

Be warned,a lot of agents use a company called 'homelet' as they offer an insurance service with a suitable credit report and agents and landlords alike take this report as gospel.it is not as homelet classify an IVA in the same category as a CCJ or BR when it isn't.Despite what you say to anyone, h...

Well I’m now officially BR. After a couple of hiccups with the paperwork on Friday, which was easily sorted, they declared me and my wife BR. I don’t really like it as it feels like giving up but given the circumstances and the fact that I have been fighting it for five years it also feels about the...

A couple of thoughts, as someone else has said he may well have borrowed the car,or it may be he has a new GF and its hers. Also you have to be careful as the registered keeper isnt always the owner, they are different.if his name is on the docs it may only be for insurance purposes.Maybe he got a job...
