Hi the artist no I was not asked for PPI and in my opinion I have not been missold any either.
I was also very surprised to receive our completion certificates within days.
I hope this speedy conclusion happens for everyone.

I am on cloud nine, had our variation meeting on 11th December and today we received our completion statements and now officially have no debts. Thankyou to everyone who have listened and suggested to my problems and i hope everyone else has a positive outcome like we have.

Kirsty

Hi,
Had an email from our IP yesterday saying that our variations have been accepted and will be confirmed in our meetings this afternoon.
This is a great weight of my mind but wont believe it until this afternoon.

Thankyou, and no we did not keep any funds back, but with tax credits and ESA we should be fine. Just want the creditors to accept our offer and then we just have to worry about my husbands health.
I will update when we get an answer from our IP

Our variation conclude payments in February was refused by all creditors in our IVA's. I have since spoken to our IP and explained that my husband has now been made redundant and still unfit for work due to him having a PE in July. She is now confident in the same proposal being accepted and we are ...

I have no idea Melanie, but they were the ones who insisted on a minimum dividend. I have emailed my IP suggesting the redundancy payment as full and final and have also said we are trying to raise the difference from that to the original suggestion of 5 more payments. The only route offered to us a...

Thankyou Melanie, that make me feel slightly better.
Broke of England, sorry for not replying earlier I missed your post. With regard to a difficult creditor my Husband has Amex and they insisted on the minimum dividend of 71p in the £. but now it will only be about 35p in the £.

I am with J Casey and co. The fee increase was in the year 4 review. and is as follows "Under the terms of the arrangement, my remuneration is to be paid on a realisation basis. At this stage, no fees have been drawn. A breakdown of my costs arising over the first four years of the arrangement is en...

No there is no given reason and no idea who has rejected. I have copied the email I sent requesting the outcome of the meeting and also her reply. Also with the fees they were estimated cost but in the creditors report the fees were said to be for extra work involved. this occassion is the only time...

Our Creditors variation meeting was yesterday and has been adjourned, presumably due to rejection of our offer of completing in Feb. Our IP has suggested that because David is off on long term Sick due to a Pulmonary Embolism and also that he has now been made redundant, that will propose a lump sum...

Thankyou for your kind well wishes. I will contact our IP, but I am a little concerned about American Express as the wanted a minimum addition of £17000 paid into my Husbands IVA, which has not been acheived due to having less than 15% equity and commission not being at the high level it was when we...
