I mean he paid too much tax and he should have some money back, but for 2006-2007 his money has been frozen by HMRC till he will made assessment for last tax year.

Can you please advise me about one thing, I've been told that any extra incomes should be given direct to my IVa company as I can not keep this kind of many. By extra income I mean money from self assesment tax as my husband is self-employed. Is it true??

When I've signed IVA I have been told you will have a fresh start, now when I am asking advisors any questions they are rude to me and not helpful at all. I a paying 372 gbp and probably they are earning money on me so they should be helpful.

I know all of you are correct, but how can i manage some money when we are still paying a lots of money for bills and renting a flat, belive me we are not even going out, because of money. Now we need a deposit pay to rent new flat, and we do not have. Council is not helping with staff like this...
