I would just like to thank everyone who replied to my question, I'm still stressed to bits but it makes it a bit easier knowing that there are other people who've experienced the same thing and came through it.

I am starting an IVA application and am very stressed over it. I can't stop worrying about the fact most of the work is being done by telephone. Is there anything that anybody can tell me to ease my mind please?
