My wife is considering an IVA. Will my wife's IVA effect my credit rating? We have a joint bank account an joint mortgage. Also we have an overdraft facility which we are not using. Once in an IVA can we use this or should we close the account an open individual accounts? Regards Jerry

I entered into an IVA 11.07.03 and it was satisfied 12.07.05. I subscribe to Credit Expert and note Max Recovery keep changing the dates of my that my accounts were satisfied. Also on My Call Credit they register defaults every month for all accounts they handled. How do I stop them registering thes...
