I keep reading about F & F, but no=one has explained what it is. I should know this from before, but I now have fatigue brain and am not firing on all cylinders. Can someone exlain please?? Thanks!![:(]

Hi Kallis,
We're OK, I take every day as it comes - although that can be scarey!! It's not a good day today - been up since 3am due to hubby's back pain. Still such is life, we cherish every day we have together. I've answered a few posts and hopefully have been of some help to others!! x
