thanks kellis - it was the hardest 3 years of my life and i learned the hard way - now i have to concentrate onrebuilding my credit rating - i think the only debt i will ever have now will be a mortgage...even when my credit rating is repaired i wont be taking on loans or cards etc..they spiral out ...

hi i completed my iva early - completed after three years instead of 5 - i have just had my certificate of completion and am very happy. What do I do now? I know that IVAs stay on credit file for 6 years but can i at least get my completion date posted on my file to show that i settled early? will t...

hi all quick question - my F&F meeting is soon - the company that i am with says that i stand a good chance as offering 21p in pound against 25p in pound to settle 2 years early and no equity in house. what happens if my f&f is rejected?? do i just carry on as before??? or does this mean my IVA fail...

this sounds strange..i live in shared ownership - but who i place my mortgage with for my half of the property is totally up to me. as long as you pay rent on the other half of the property then the shared ownership housing agency surely cant tell you who to remortgage with..its your personal financ...
