I have been paying into an IVA with DFD for a year now and my payments are about to be reviewed. I am currently 4 months pregnant, which I have not yet informed DFD about. I am unmarried, have no assets such as a house, my car is worth less than £500, and my job would not be affected by bankruptcy. ...

I was recently refused an IVA. All my creditors accepted apart from the Student Loans Company, which meant the proposal only had a 69% acceptance rate as opposed to the necessary 75%. My student loan is not a debt that really affects me as it just comes out of my wages as an extra tax...it was a lar...
