cheers skippy, i was just wondering or rather hoping as when i get it back it would open more doors for me as i do sales just now. I'll speak to my lawyer and see what he says to it.

Hi all, I had a received a 3 year driving ban nearly 2 years ago and i am looking to petition the court to get it back. As i am on an IVA/trust deed will i be able to apply for legal aid even though i am in full time employment?

Hi Andrew, I agree it definitely sounds quite unusual but i suppose with the so called "credit crunch" lenders are tightening their belt quite a bit.
I will look into the disassociation. How do i go about that?
