Hi Melanie
If you owed £75000,and the creditors agreed 40p in the pound,and you paid £300 for 60 months,that would be £18k paid back,would your equity release be for £12k?
I know there are fees to be included aswell.

If interest rates were to go up a couple of percent over the next couple of years and you were in a IVA,would your IVA payment reduce or would you have to find extra?

If you go Bankrupt and have equity in the house and a family member bought your share back of the receiver,would you be able to carry on your mortgage as nornal,as if nothing had happened?
