When creditors sell on the debt,who sits at the table when the creditors meeting takes place?

Power2contact called round today when i was at work,regarding my barclaycard,left a card to say contact them,i have ignored all calls from creditors.

Is it best to start talking to creditors?

If you owed £75000,and the creditors agreed 40p in the pound,and you paid £300 for 60 months,that would be £18k paid back,would your equity release be for £12k?

I know there are fees to be included aswell.

If you do a lot of overtime,whilst in a IVA,would the Equity Release in year 4 be less than if you did no overtime?

If interest rates were to go up a couple of percent over the next couple of years and you were in a IVA,would your IVA payment reduce or would you have to find extra?
