Handing out punishments like that are not exactly going to discourage people from doing it again.

Punishments shoud be harsh to prevent repeat offending in my opinion.

You would require permission from your IP but I think you would struggle to find a mortgage in an IVA. As elv5 has said an expert will advise better.

Hi

You creditors will start chasing you again at some point i imagine. You are still liable for the full amount minus any that was paid across from your IVA.
