There is a buy it now price for one on there at 10k. Riduculous. I also doubt very much that some of the very high bids are genuine.

Alot of coins are appearing on there that dont have the date on ONE SIDE...sorry but these are worth...erm 20p

Well the IVA came up on the check but we were honest and explained everything. Landord was fine with it and have accepted us a tenants. Good news.

Hopefully Jan, the good thing about this move is that it wont affect my IVA payments and the good old mother is coming up with the deposit. Im cinfident the bills will actually go down.

None of his money will be paid across but your IVA payments may well increase as your outgoings decrease as your partners wages will be paying into the bills aswell as yours, freeing up more DI. However your outgoings may also go up with a different property.

Storm, so this company http://www.credit-check-services.co.uk/services.asp on a bronze search would get there information from the site that you gave above?

Are they unable to carry out a full credit check on you?

I do wonder though weather this company just check the insolvancy register as they state that they will find out about any insolvancy over the past 6 years [bankruptcy/IVA] and ccjs in the past 6 years..im sure they can just drag that information up from somewhere. Hi Alot of questions get asked about renting whilst in an IVA and the majority of the answers are to use a private landlord if you are unable to use an agency. Mine was accepted at 31p and HSBC are my biggest creditor. I wouldn't worry about that hurdle rate as long as it is the best possible offer.

In the past when i have had a full current account with only a basic card I have been asked if I would like to upgrade my card to a Maestro. I was told then it would involve further checks.

An upgrade usually involves a credit check. They may well not close your account. I'm not sure i would risk it myself.

Someone esle might best advise if it is likely the upgrade would already be in place.
