is going bankrupt ever declined by the judge???
its a weird question!!
i'm in iva and have sent more paperwork to my supervisor as i need to reduce my payments. if this does not work then i will be going bankrupt,
i'm just not sure if a judge can not make u bankrupt

i am going to have to move out of home, at present i pay very little housekeeping, when i move out rent will be at least 3 times what i pay. so am quite worried also my iva says i can not have any variation in 24 months so i don't know what i'm going to do

hey juditka, has first direct contacted you regarding closing the account,i've just entered an iva and opened the acct before any iva paper work was submitted, i'm worried they want to close my account now

My date is getting closer and i'm feeling really nervous, how long would it be after the meeting that i find out if it has been approved or not? I just want this over with, its getting me so down, also that i'm paying 62p/£1 i am now feeling that may work against me!!!! i wanna cry
