melanie thank you, i have gone through her expenditure with a fine tooth combe and got it to £40 or so but the lady at the CAB said there are set guide lines and that £138 or so for "other expenses" is the limit meaning we were again £50 over...

Right here goes... My mother last year suffered a huge stroke and heartattack which lead to her spending 6 months in hospital 1 of which was on life suuport... She has approx 13k built up on credit cards which she paid with the wages from her part time job (before the stroke)... Now she is at home, ...

Kepp strong, you are in an IVA so your should be technically safe from these idiots. I had calls for a while from companies but they stopped after a while and now all i get is the odd letter giving me a breakdown of funds etc.

I found this with a company called Moorcroft....Basically told them my situation and the fct I was in an IVA they ended up apologising and saying the debt shouldn't of been sold on by Argos if an IVA had been approved... Just tell them what your doing and send them a letter to show the IVA has been ...

Hi all I havent posted on here since my IVA was agreed over a year ago, all seems to be going well with the payments etc...BUT... I have received my yearly statement and on it 5 out of 7 creditors were given 28 days to lodge a claim for the funds otherwise they would be split between the other firms...

Hi Andy

Yes I have a 10% clause then pay 50% of anything over that amount.

The commission this month alone should be in the region of £200...which is almost as much as the IVA payment

I have never really suffered with my eyes so this is fairly new. I obviously have allowences to cover dental etc but eyes i have no idea??? its certainly not going to be a regular thing more a one off.... and again thats only if I actually need them!!! Just trying to get things clear so I know where...

Hi I am in an IVA at the moment which is going fine, but I have an eye exam today as my eyes are playing up and I see that the majority of glasses are around the 100 to 150 mark (and thats the cheap end), now most months I pay extra to my iva through commisions earned etc...would I get any relief fo...
