I have 5 months left of my IVA. Can anyone tell me what I can expect over the next few months?

We have 6 more payments to go in our 5 year programme. There is no equity in our house and our agreement says we may be asked to do a sixth year. Will they insist in a sixth year????? What was your experience????

We were nervous too and it takes a while to make the decision but I can assure you its the best thing we ever did!! Do your research and speak to someone on Melanie's team, you have nothing to lose.

The shredding of the credit card statements!!! It went on for about an hour with a strange sense of we-shouldn't-be-doing-this!! We had a very large bag of shredded paper to go into the recycling.

That would be a classic. Take your bank through an IVA and claim all of the illegal bank charges the have made.

Hope it works for you but I would be surprised.
