hi natasha,first of all i'll take the oppertunity to thank all that replied to my post (iva failed please help)i asked my ip to re submit my proposal and was told there was no point as my main creditor will not move in the direction of iva.i would ask your ip if he thought nr would change thier mind...

thanks everyone br sounds bad but i think i may be better off in the long run. it'll be a shame to lose my house it's all we had for our retirement if i went br would there be anything else to pay or would that be the end of it? thanks in advance

i have 5 creditors 4 of which approved the iva but the one with the most owed declined it i thought if the majority approved then rest had to agree to it

my iva application has been declined and i've been offered debt management or bankruptcy i don't know what debt management is, is anyone else in one and is it a viable alternative? thanks in advance for your advice

at last my creditors meeting is here. today at 12pm god the tension is killing me.wish me luck i'll let you know how it went
