i can confirm i have been asked to do this several times.this was when i was recieving tons of calls and letters still after 10 weeks of the iva passing.could the fact that the authority to act form was only sent out a few weeks ago have anything to do with this or not? xx

everytime i have phoned dfd with problems with my creditors they have told me to take a copy of the chairmans report and send it to them myself.although it dosent cost a fortune it is still the price of a cheap pack of custard creams !!xx
