I have spoken with payplan and as its only one creditor they can't help me so looks like bankruptcy. I'm so scared about going to court, do you know what i should expect?

I've been in contact with Payplan as advised by the CAB and unfortunately as its only one creditor they can't help me.

I have decided to go bankrupt and will complete the forms online.

They did mention that some companies will fire you over it, is this true?
