IVA company have said as the PPI policy existed at the time the IVA commenced in Aug 2005 it is classed as an asset - surely the loan which was paid off in 2004, the PPI policy can't be classed as existing as it ceases once the loan is paid off.
Any ideas?

I too thought at 1st it was just a standard computer generated letter however it mentions my communication in April regarding the change of income. I have emailed the representative who emailed me to ask for clarification on what my next step is.

The person I spoke to was not my IP as he was on holiday, it was the person covering his workload.
I have no assets, I'm living with parents still because I can't afford to move out.
