it was disgusting to see bonus' that was 2 or 3 times their annual salary when they are losing our money we save.... RBS made losses of 691mil! brilliant coz their last profits was nearly 10bn!!

RBS recently sold their share of the tesco finance arm to Tesco so i really dont know if RBS would have any rights to get at your money! Have you got online banking!? I use my banks online flex saver its great and only way to get the money is transfer it to my current account online!!

Normally insurers have to keep the claim open for 6 months.... But within reason can be longer I hate people like them there are the ones bumping up everyones premiums!! Just hope it all goes well for you and fight it every way!!

With HSBC closing accounts do you reckon you could get away with having money transferred out to another account (now having faster payments reaching you within 2 hours) to which you IVA payment comes out of so they dont pick up on the DD for your IVA?? then just risk them finding out by the insolve...
