Thats what I am worried about waiting for Blair Endersby to refund it, the bank in question was Halifax. With Nationwide, there was never a problem and it would have been refunded within the day, normally within hours. Hopefully today will have better news. As to complaining about this service from ...

I thought as much but thanks for confirming. My wife and I will have make sure we have are on the ball with any dealings with them in future. I assume the FSA is the governing body for IVA firms?
