hi fd, we stopped paying our creditors whilst the iva was put in place, but kept them informed on what we were planning to do,it is probably best to take advice from your ip. take care .xx

only just, will have to read everything again, thought i had covered absolutely everything, i cant recall anything, just the equity release figure. i am sure it has been explained to me , obviously my mis understanding.

melanie, the equity release, agreed at the start of the iva, is that worked out on what the house is worth at the time and if the value increases, does the equity release? bit confused.(is it a % of the value when you look to re-mortgage)??

watching the news today i got the impression that although there has been a cut in intrest rates, not all banks are passing it on to the borrowers, n/r being one of them.[:(]
