Thank you for the advice. Thank you for the email Karol, it set my mind at rest. It's been a long hard slog to get to the finish line and I'm just really happy that I can finally start planning for the future and I have definitely learnt from my past mistakes :o) x

im having problems being able to privately rent acomodation. most landlords are either asking me for 6 months rent in advance!!!! or wont rent to me as my credit check comes up as saying im bankrupt!!! please can anybody give me any suggestions as to estate agents who would be able to help me. thanks
