Sorry - i was originally going to post in an earlier posting that mentioned an SIVA - and i had not idea how it was different from an IVA - thus the question. This is really frustrating with the SLC, they are asking me to pay £175 pcm (the full payment amount) and i just can't afford it..... not sur...
