havent heard back off ebays solicitors yet, although have had an email to say they have read my email
I dont even expect a reply off them

i emailed ebays solicitors as stated above, telling them I have no means of paying them and that I would have to declare bankruptcy
lets see what happens, probably nothing

they are taking me to court as L'oreal are suing them, I sold a couple of makeup items made by lancome that were only for the usa market so loreal suing ebay, if loreal win ebay sues me, they say its to go to court apr-may this year but i just keep getting the same paperwork sent to me all the time ...

i only wish i could get sorted, things just dragging on and on and on

so even if i dont have to pay ebay anything I have to list it on the bankruptcy forms, prior to going bankrupt, even though I wont know the exact amount I will have to pay them?

If i go bankrupt can you add debt after the event? asking this as a few of you are aware that ebay are taking me to court and I most probably will have to pay them compensation, as im already in a DMP I cannot honestly afford to pay back this and Approx £50K so If I went bankrupt could i add the eba...

house front is looking good couple may be coming empty in the next few weeks
as for ebay well all i know is its set for apr-may in the high court in london nothing sorted with them yet

there is no way i am living 4 doors away from him, i have told the housing officer this and she said i should not of been offered it in the first place with the circumstances
there is one coming available 2 streets away now that more like it
