My question is therefore, when will my details come off the register? when my last payment is made on August 1st (or soon after)? or is there a longer period...

Sorry, may have mislead you a little by accident. I will have a new car, but it will be a company car and this will cost me the same amount monthly as the contract hire car. The difference is that company cars are more costly and the difference will be paid by the company so i end up with the SAME m...

I have a contract hire on a car that has an overdue amount to the lease company of around £1,500 - to add to this, the car has just had its wing mirror taken off in Sainsburys car park whilst i was shopping (Just great!) My IVA was approved two weeks ago, so i am keen to remove any large ongoing pay...

On what basis are you making these claims of what is fraud? if it is based on fact, then surely it will be an easy point to prove? If it is as you suggest then i for one dont condone it. I know its hard not to try and 'ring fence' your money, as its human nature to try and look after yourself and yo...

Im told those that didnt vote were barclaycard, Leeds and Holbeck (Now owned by B'Card) and Amex. There was a technicality on MBNA, which meant there vote didnt count, but i think they were voting positive anyway, and then the others were egg, Capital One, Marbles, Barclays Bank, M&S, Mint and Sains...

Blimey! Its approved, and although Im told almost everyone actually turned up at the meeting, 100% of the votes cast were in favour. I cant say thank you enough to Sue Clay at Philip Gill, because this was a tough one (The case and the client) Im sure. She secured a settlement at 19 pence in the £ -...

This is great Im sure. Im one of the people NR are telling to get a new mortgage lender, but as my creditors meeting is this morning, I dont hold out much hope.

In the meantime, my fixed rate ran out in December and im back on standard variable rate with no sign of being able to change it - hey ho.
