Advice on who we go to for remortgage , we've been out of iva 3 years

Hy trying to remortgage any advice not in iva had it approved but there are houses on street up for sale less than what zoopla says ours is worth , is it worth the risk of £250 valuation ?

We are 3 years on and are struggling to get one

No it does not say iva , hy foggy what do you meanby sweeping

been of our iva 2 years today recieved a quote to insurance asking if we ever had any financial problems , need to know what we say to this thoughts please

Hy Ryan is it worth ringing the company we are with too ,do they do that ?

We out of iva 2years ,found it difficult to get remortgage have couple of cc cards ,life's better but sometimes we get stressed about money ,other times we reflect on how much we lived on ,or didn't has the case was ,our iva was always set too high still won't be going on that flight again

If I'd known about her I would have gone with her

hy no problems with iva in nhs , recommend melaine who posts on here she sounds brill and at least she is human x good luck with your journey

hy hope you dont mind me adding to this thread ,we completed 2years ago and recently tried to re mortgage got turned down ,due to the credit agency not doin there job and removing the iva record ,does any one know whether the iva register lets them know or is it up to us and also now iva removed whe...
