If the letters persist after you've told them that the IVA has concluded inform them you will be making a complaint of harassment to the police.

I will be 3 years into my IVA soon. I will owe £14,544 in the remaining 24 months. A family member has offered me 12000 to make a full and final offer to settle the IVA..Will £12000 be accepted by my creditors. I have paid approx an extra £100 a month in overtime payments on top.

You don't need to send the money until the offer has been accepted. Also when you say your I/P has agreed to the 6k, it's not for them to agree, they are there to help and advise you, it's up to you how much money you want to put forward.
