HSBC have called me 7 times today, each time a different person asking me exactly the same questions. the final straw for me was when they phoned at 8:50pm and then hung up when i answered. it woke both my young children. what are they allowed to do, when does it class as harrasment?

thats what i thought! I feel like everything I propose gets thrown back in my face. also I find they're ringing me like 2/3 times per day and asking me the same questions over and over. Do they not talk to each other.
