Yes back in 2004. However big battle over amount resulted in court case which I won. Attachment earnings order was granted (suspended) which I have been paying for a year. It is just that along with other debts there appears to be no end in sight.

Melanie having just read your blog I believe congratulations are in order. Also a small matter on a personal front went well yesterday (I did have to read the article twice) it just shows patience and perseverence are two very useful attributes.

No luckily we have no other assets. Which might make the risk of a court case not so serious because the legal fees wont make any difference to our situation ie we have nothing to lose.
