Hi Andy, It would be down to the Business manager's discretion when opening an account for anyone. All new account holders are credit scored and we can override decisions if we are happy to support someone. Hope this helps

Thank you, I feel as though I should no more about this than I do, he went to the CAB today and they told him that I have to enter into this with him as a couple, Thanks for the advise, I feel more confident now looking into it further. Beth
