I was bankrupted due to a debt from a previous business while in partnership with my son in a current business. I can raise enough to pay my creditors in full for my own business. Do I have to include the partnership debts to get an annullment

I was bankrupted owing £150k. I own a propery worth £650k. The Trustee says the building must be sold even though my son can raise funds against it to clear the bankruptcy. What can i do?
