Hi, we received our certificate 2 days ago, i rang the Insolvency Register Line this morning to ask how long our names stayed on, the lady said upto 3 months, i checked the register later this afternoon and our names have been removed, so in our case it took 2 days. Good luck.

Phew, that's a relief, i thought i was going to have to wait another 6 years for it to drop off my file. Congrats on completing iva Julie68, all the best for the future.

I thought it dropped off your file 6 years from the iva start date, not 6 years after F+F accepted, or have i read that wrong? Feb 2018 is 6 years after F+F was accepted.

Thankyou for all your kind words and support, i've gone from feeling excited to feeling a bit sick, knowing it could be so close to finishing, but also knowing it could be rejected. We're trying to stay positive and your words of support are keeping us up there, all we can do is wait. The only way i...

I have just spoke to McCambridge Duffy who have put my mind at rest for the moment, it's not the end of the world as i thought, there are various options available to us. They are going to see if our creditors will accept what we have already paid as full and final settlement, i have gone from feeli...

Hi Tina, thanks for the reply, IP has said a reduction in payments isn't possible due to nothing been left after outgoings have been paid. They have been really good in the past (McCambridge Duffy), i had the option to go alone with the iva in the beginning but opted to do a joint one with my partne...
