Thanks, when the F&F offer was originally put to the creditors Payplan sought (and got agreed) a 3 month extension to the initially proposed 3 month period for completing the administration process, so they've already doubled the time for compliance. I'll do my best to take this further with my IP b...

Thanks Michael, although I'm not quite sure what I can do, or why I should be expected to do anything, when the clause which may be breached is one that only my IP is responsible for - it isn't like I have done anything to delay the final administrative process nor that I could do anything to secure...

Back in mid December 2013 I had a F&F settlement offer accepted. The terms of that offer were that (1) I'd pay the amount within 30 days and (2) final administration by my IP (Payplan) would take a maximum of 6 months. I adhered to those terms by paying the money within 7 days. Having now chased Pay...

Sounds like you are caught, as if the relative withdraws their F&F offer it's not like you can then offer your bonus as a F&F offer given your creditors are entitled to a share of that regardless whilst you are in an IVA. Presumably you couldn't talk to your employers and ask if the bonus could be p...

A normal F&F offer would be the total sum of your remaining monthly payments, i.e. if you normally pay £500 a month towards your IVA and you have 12 months of payments left, then the guideline F&F offer would be £6000. I can't possibly see where the 32k figure comes from - are you sure that isn't in...

Personally speaking I'm not generally anti-advertising, but I do have an issue with both the frequency and the content of many gambling-related adverts, like those which consist of a couple, or two mates, spending an evening competing against each other by gambling. And I'm surprised the likes of Ra...

I really don't understand why you have been so honest with your IP in these circumstances, people may disagree with me but sometimes you just keep things to yourself - it's not like you've worked lots of overtime and earned lots of undeclared extra funds and not given 50% of that to your IP etc. It ...
