I don't understand what you mean by 'stopped', are you sure your IVA hasn't already failed ?. I'm sorry to say this but are you being entirely truthful/accurate ? - every post seems to generate more questions than clarity and I'm struggling to work out whether both you and your IP have been equally ...

Dare I ask where the £15000 you think you owe (presumably the surplus you have received) has gone ?. Presumably this surplus has only been amassed towards the end of your IVA ? (i.e. not prior to your first two annual reviews, but what about your subsequent annual reviews ?). I must admit I don't al...

Damian, is it a case of you struggling to get the information (surely your employers can provide some historical records of your pay, or as others have suggested you could refer to P60's etc. ?) or a case of you not wanting to provide the information because of the implications in terms of having to...

This thread is getting rather strange. Why did you make a F&F offer at all given you'd already made all your monthly payments ?. How did you, or your IP, come to the figure of £2000 if neither of your had the payslips to quantify any outstanding shortfall ?. You can't say you don't have any money to...

Well that seems pretty clear cut to me, as your only option is to provide the wage slips that have been requested. For all we know those wage slips may confirm that you have not earned extra income over the lifetime of your IVA and thus do not need to make any additional payments, without that infor...

Definitely best to come clean now rather than later. It may well be that your IP is agreeable to you either making reduced monthly payments or a complete payment break to enable you to pay off the loan ASAP. I'd also recommend trying to get the loan company to agree to a repayment plan, such as for ...

The point is Foggy I don't really care why my current payments are less than the surplus after my I&E calculations, I've been through a recent annual review and the monthly payment level has been agreed and is being adhered to, so my creditors should surely be made aware of what they will receive if...

The saga of my F&F offer is rumbling on, and I'm now finalising the paperwork for my revised offer. I seem to be in disagreement with my IP however, as my revised offer represents the total sum of my remaining monthly payments, but the supporting draft paperwork makes no actual reference to the amou...

If it isn't offered in the proposal then presumably the F&F offer is simply £6k, but is there any reason why you can't make your normal monthly payment on 30th Nov ?. I assume your IP is aware - I'm bemused if this hasn't already been clarified between you and your IP, as when I went down the F&F ro...

Thanks, I think the short answer is because Payplan concluded the meeting (rather than adjourning it) on the basis that they didn't believe I was able/willing to make an improved offer, because during our conversation I had indicated that. Which I did, but I was never actually advised that the meeti...

Payplan has now agreed to treat a revised F&F offer as a priority, i.e. to ensure a new creditors meeting occurs before Christmas.

So looks like we will get there in the end :-)

Thanks to all posters.

Samuel has emailed me this morning saying I should hear from the compliance department today, although I find his reply somewhat unclear as it makes reference to my complaint - as I keep saying I want Payplan to confirm it will take the appropriate steps to progress my F&F as a priority.

Thanks Mel, obviously I needed to speak to my third party after my Case Officer called to say their original settlement offer had been refused, which I did straight away, and 25 minutes later I was back on the phone to Payplan willing to increase the offer. I've got emails outstanding from yesterday...

Is it also pure coincidence that the Case Officer whom I've had for 18 months has suddenly changed since Wednesday afternoon ?. To be clear, mistakes happen, I don't want anyone to suffer as a result of this and my Case Officer has always been helpful and professional, but equally Payplan should mak...

emptypockets - no, no equity in property.

Samuel - thanks, but to be blunt making a complaint isn't going to help and will take time - I'm only interested in your company trying to resolve the issue to establish whether there is any possibility of 'resurrecting' my F&F offer.
