i also recived anemail from egg but what i worried about is that im iva settled in march and they have sent this to barclays as there is still a balance on which should of been wrote of will barclays chase me for this as it was all cover in my iva

dose anybody now what happens now i have settled my iva do i reiceve any paper work and when do i come of the rejester

hi i have just have my full had my full and final settlement figure accepted and would like to say thank you to everyone for all there support

creditors meeting tomorrow 12 oclock dreading it if they say no

i have hered back today they have got hold of the creditor to check there figures and it has been agreed that it should only be for £134 they are going to resumit a new claim and then my figures can get ammended and put foward for a early settlement they should get about 35p in the pound instead of ...

just recived my paper work from my iva company but have just noticed that one of my creditors have that have claimed have put on a extra £1100 to there bill it looks like they have been chargeing me since 2008 are they allowed todo this

just a update my ive firm have just been in touched to say that they might be able to do a full and finall settlement and would call a meeting for next month which would mean a early settlement

i have a staff pension fund which i have been paing for 19yrs the company i work for is closeing this and asking us to join another scheme called friends provedent stakeholder scheme would this be a problem with being in an iva my take home pay should be the same
