I have ring eos and told them about iva they said fine but they need the iva paperwork sending.I offered my ip's phone number but they said they cannot ring them direct due to data protection???

im currently in iva which was approved in June.Just had letter today from eos soltions saying my freemans catalogue debt has been passed to them, the freemans is in the iva though??can they pass it on??

Thanks for all your advise.With the initial 300 a year i doubt thats going to make hardly any differnece to my monthly wage.

I wasnt sure as initially it will only go up by £300 per year then the extra £1000 per year after 3 month trial.

I have found a new job after being unhappy in my current one for quite some time.I am in an iva do i need to let my ip know im moving companies?The salary increase is £1300 more?

I was told not to try move it before iva went through as i would have a problem remortgaging.I owe 103000 and house is worth approx 110-112.

Im on an iva which was approved last month.
will i be able to remortgage when me fixed rate ends next june?Otherwise my payments are going to go up loads.Money, debt and credit advisor said i wouldnt have a problem, however after ready on here i think that may be wrong??
