no it was never written into IVA the only reason they asked for proof was in case creditors asked what the entry in bank statement was

okay here goes i don`t want to speak to anyone about it thankyou i don`t go out don`t smoke and don`t drink and i didn`t ask for a lecture about who i should speak to how can it jeopardise my IVA when it doesn`t show up on my bank account?

i am only spending £40 per month but i am not using a card that is mine to do this well not my card a partners, i give him the money and he puts it on for me. A condition of my IVA was to show proof i had stopped by excluding myself which i did and then sending proof to them .

would small flutters online effect my IVA?

i have already asked this question but e-mail addy not taking any e-mails. i am already in an IVa but are they allowed to take family allowance and family credit into consideration when deciding on incomings and outgoings etc ?

not being awful (greedfighter) but please read the other posts if i were to go into ifs whens and why fores (very drawn out) maybe you would get me. i under stand what you have written but i wasn`t "technically " looking for bank to pay if i had or still am liable so be it.

Many thanks to all, got in touch with IVA people advised them of the above and they will add said cheques to balance of IVA. Thankyou for your time (cheques will be bounced as bank account is frozen).

these cheques were issued long before the IVA was considered and only got letter to say bank was frozen about 4 weeks ago and cheques have been with pawnbrokers for about a year.
Should i fall into some problems over this with my IP would anyone here be able to help ?
