Does my IVA stop me being an executor for an estate? I am currently in the middle of an IVA and understand the rules about windfalls, I would not benefit anyway. However a good friend of mine is making a will and has asked me if I'd be an executor. I don't remotely expect the worst to happen during ...

Hi, I have a question re my IVA and a pay award. At work we have just had a pay rise of approx 2.5 percent, which falls well within the rules of my IVA re changes in monthly income, (that is, it isn't great enough to affect my monthly payment). However, it took eight months for my union to thrash ou...

Hi I have had an IVA proposal accepted two weeks ago, one of my creditors is Lloyds TSB, where I have a £9000 credit card debt. They voted to accept my proposal. I have a Lloyds TSB current account and so my IP advised me to open a new account with another bank for my salary to go to, which it has. ...

Hi, my IVA has been accepted last month and is now in place, one lingering concern I have... Hi I have just had an IVA plan accepted by my creditors, based on my regular monthly income up to August, but from this month I now have £10 more monthly net pay due to the increase in personal allowance announced by the chancellor.
