I'm using VB for a DMP as well , very helpful ,always answer the phone,and very patient with my stupid questions [:D]and they don't take any rubbish from the co-op bank/barclays etc. matter of fact Louise takes it personally if they upset me [8D]

I started a DMP last October, so far alls well 'ish , RBS/BARCLAYCARD/CITI, Have all stopped charging interest and phoning me and are all dealing ' with my IP [Louise at Vincent Bond] The Co-op bank are right b*****ds tho and i cant seem to make them understand, mind you they phoned me the other day...

I'm with a fee charging company as well , and every time i phone with a stupid question they always answer/reassure and deal with it straight away, and if the lovely lady is away from her desk , another person tries thier best or i get a phone call straight back [:)] And wether the interst is frozen...

As i couldn't get an IVA [because of DLA etc.] so it was suggested a DMP would be the way forward , this is a bit of an update really, Barclaycard/Barclaycard loan, Mint, and CITI , have all frozen interest and accepted my predicament, The co-operative bank are being 'b*****' minded and reckon they ...

I could'nt get an IVA , so went [with advice] for a DMP , although you dont get all the legal backup for a DMP , mine seems to be working ok , got a statement from Barclaycard [owed 8k] this morning and they have agreed to DMP and frozen the interest and charges for 6 months [at the moment]............

I am ex directory and i still get people phoning [DFC ?] telling me they can reduce everything hahahahaha, i had one two days ago who asked 'how much i'm paying' i told him it was none of his damn business and put the phone down [:)]

VB have been great, no worries from them whatsoever, it's just mint , you try and pay them back the best you can , and they aren't intersted , i know i owe them and i know i shouldn't have got in this mess but i did .......... Maybe the government should have made them beg and kept writing daft excu...

What a pain in the preverbial these are, i have started a DMP with Vincent Bond and this morning i get a letter from Mint saying they received the proposal etc. BUT VB are'nt recognised by OFT and don't hold a consumer credit licence number ! So MINT won't deal with them and can i do ANOTHER earning...

It's not just you ..........I'm still trying to collate everything to send to my DMP, but it just seems one problem after another, creditors are so slow to send any information [but fast to tell me i haven't paid] spoke to someone this morning from the Dmp company and they are going to try and work ...

Just an update really , i had to contact Barclays as i have a loan with them , and i lost the original agreement , and need a copy, whilst on the phone i asked how much i owed ? Originally i thought about 8k , it turned out i only owe them 3,400 .........bonus i'm 5k better off [:D][:D] Just 37k to ...
