hello, i had my creditors meeting today. all voted to accept except mbna- no big shock they said no but barclaycard said they always sell debts onto an agency but for some unknown reason they havent done this with mine yet so decided they would try and do this today but with everyone working only up...

my heads all over the place at the moment, i now am swaying much mroe back towards continuing with iva, i really dont want to rik losing any posesions and car etc and it feels much more structured and less scarey. hope no one feels ive wasted their time with this post- i needed to ask those question...

would they know i only work 10 mins away if i didnt actually say it- they would obv have both post codes but that prob wouldnt mean much to them and as some people said i wouldnt be lying saying i use it for work as i do use it most of the time.

hello, i live close to where i work- approx 10 mins walk but chose to drive as i have to cross busy road. if i were to go bankrupt would the or say i dont nee dit and to walk? so i would lose it? its 11 yr old £1500 value aprox. in the summer i do sometimes choose to walk and as its the only working...
