Why is Accuma getting bad postings lately?I read Becky's review and it seems that most IP's have a "brick wall" surrounding them.I wonder how many are aware that their own staff are undermining their credibility in the way they handle clients. They all need a shake up and be trained to realise that t...

Hi, You are allowed savings in an IVA,when you did your expenses you will have allowed for contingencies such as car repairs, tax insurance etc. These are usually lump sum payments and money has to be set aside each month to cover these (savings).I am not sure about the credit card if it is your name ...

Hi,
They may be linked but as far as I experienced both Thomas Charles and Wilson Phillips are very professional and towards the top end of the Iva business 10 out of 10 for both.

Hi, I am suprised that your IVA company recommended HSBC they are the worst bank you can deal with when involved with an IVA.I changed to them before my IVA and 3 months in I was told that they were closing my account as they don't do business with the likes of me.I had anticipated this due to all t...

Some creditors try it on to the end, saying they have heared nothing about an IVA,What IVA?What's an IVA? It takes most creditors months to actually do something that will impact on you ie filing court proceedings etc.even then the court would take time serving any orders on you.Remember that the IP ...

Hi,
I keep reading postings about people worried about their credit rating, lets face it, mine and nearly everyone here have hit rock bottom on their cr .I say so what! if my credit rating stays there forever I wouldn't mind at least it would prevent me ever getting into a mess again.
