hi again yes when a told my ip i was made redundant she said when i stop the payments i might or might not hear anything else but the next step would be bankrupsy but with any luck i wont hear nothing . i am getting in touch with my ip and ever sheds to find out if it is my debt and to c what i can do

thanks for the replys im not on the insolvency register so what does this mean and i dont own or have anything in my name i am a single parent of 3 and when i started working again i got in back touch with my iva and they said i still would not be able to afford it i didnt no what else i could do

i have an iva then i became redundent i got in touch with them they said next step was bankruptsy and just do nothing till u hear from them.this was a year ago then just recently my father recieved a letter his address but my name from eversheds max recovery i was wondering is this linked?
