Moorcroft sent me quite a few letters, all with different department names, pre-court division, pre sending the heavys round etc. Just used as a scare tactic, nothing ever came from their threats. They are a legit debt collection company, but wouldn't worry about them, just tell them you're applying...

My first chat with the CCCS they went through all the options, saying about a DMP which would take about 16 years to clear, IVA and BR. Sent me some info on all three to help me decide. There was no pressure to choose anything.

I'm with them, IVA agreed in October 08. I have only got good things to say about them, quick at answering queries by email too.

Barclays Bank Been in an IVA since Oct last year and they keep phoning, 6 times yesterday whilst at work, which I didn't answer. Have told them numerous times, together with my IP who must have faxed through quite a few chairmans reports to them but they keep phoning. Not on their system they say. G...

I have to admit i found the CCCS to be quite flexible with the items on my I&E report. The drafter for my IVA said that they were just guidelines and if you did spend more that was fine to include the larger amount. I was even allowed £27 towards my share of sky tv. At the end of the day and IVA has...

Sounds like Mercers, I must have had 10 messages left from them in 1 day, albeit for 2 cards. Must have told them on at least 6 occasions I was proposing an IVA and they just kept phoning wanting money and threatening a debt collector. Ignored them in the end. Didn't affect the outcome of my IVA at ...

Only obliged to report to SOCA if they identify fraud whilst doing their job. Somebody coming in and saying I have done wrong and want to pay the taxes isn't fraud so won't be reported. (As it kinda is submitting the return) The Revenue in this instance would probably only charge interest on the out...

As far as I was aware you can't setup a trust for your own personal benefit.
