Mbna have sent me a leter saying an IVA is an excellent form of debt relief and said there an option of a Partial Settlement.

What % will that acept and is this better then what I would repare in an IVA

I would to do an iva as i am 65K in debt.

The problem is i have a loan with Northen Rock for 25K.

Is correct Northen Rock will not agree to an IVA.
