had a phone call from capquest yesterday they was chasesing a debt at my address lucky it was not one of mine it was for someone who lived here before me but it makes me laugh i have lived here for nine years so i guess the person they are looking for have avoided there debt for this amount of time ...

we don't pay anything on the charging order will have to sort it out when IVA finish
when i spoke to Northern rock they said we could make an offer to them it doesn't have to be the full amount so will see where we are with that at the end od IVA

when you find out let me know not sure my car going to last till end of IVA it was an opition i was looking into as it would take me a while to save up and buy a car but if you have to pay for car tax mot etc on top of lease price it could work out to expensive

i have a debit card i opened my new account with halifax before my IVA was approved while my credit rating was still good ive had IVA 2 years and still got card not had any problems.

me and husband are having a varation meeting on monday to reduce our montly payments our IP is proposing the IVA to extend for and extra year makeing a 6th year IVA so they get back the same pence in £ my question is do we remoragae in the 4th year or the 5th year.

i also pay by standing order as i get paid every 4 weeks so the date changes from month to month when i get paid so i can just go on line banking and just change the date it comes out i feel more in control this way.

i have just applied for the paypal card im going to put so much on a month and save for xmas i think they are a goos idea been looking at them for a while think paypal is cheapest and no fees.
