Hi Monkey, Just another piece of advice, if your current account is with one of your creditors transfer to another bank asap. I had no problem getting another bank account straight away and make sure you take enough money to live on out of your current 'current' account until you next get paid...hop...

Hi Icjones, Yes Kallis3 is correct. I just got my Annual Report today (end of 2nd year). Such a relief seeing my IPs comments in black and white 'I can confirm that payments are up to date![:D] My anniversary is in Nov and i sent all my docs and I&E off back then...and since I have waited and waited...

Hi AOWE, Both RBS (owed approx £7000) and Barclaycard (owed approx £1000) are creditors of mine. Been in an IVA over 2 years now and from what i remember they both voted yes. Fortunately for me I got my IVA on the go right at an early stage, worse case scenario was my creditors were only one payment...

I think Fergiedoggy meant in my instance...if asked if i have been bankrupt then say no...which is true....meaning I don't have to disclose that I have an IVA.
