I have already contacted solicitor before contacting GT. They said they would request info but probably would not get it and my husband would continue to be persued for the debt. The lady was not very nice and did not seem to give a dam.

Just to let you know someone from GT has replied to my email saying I need to get evidence from Solicitor that the debt is in joint names, so that they can try and add debt to husbands IVA. Forgot to add to this that I feel going bankrupt was now a waste of time. forgot to add when I came off the phone I just wanted to cry partly relief and the other part how nicely I had been treated, at court and by official receiver, did not make me feel like I had done something really bad.
