Hi Forum, just wondered if anybody had entered a salary sacrafice scheme to obtain a lease car whilst on an IVA, basically my car is shot at and I work within the NHS and could enter the scheme.Does anybody know if you are allowed to do this whilst in an IVA, I do know that credit checks etc are not...

Hi I am currently in an IVA and have a secured loan which is being paid in full each month, before I got this loan I had another with the same company this one had PPI on it but my current does not, I wondered if I claim for the PPI would I be able to keep any of it as a windfall?

Hi Melanie, thanks for the reply but I am still a little confused, I thought that my back pay would be classed as a windfall not a bonus etc and would not be able to keep any of it, if I was allowed to keep 50% plus the 10% this would be enough for a replacement boiler, can you clarify this for me, ...
