I dont have that many people to buy for as many friends decided between us we would just have a big get together instead.........works for all of us! Family is a different matter but I am well chuffed with what I bought. Except mum's..............it is what she asked for (a chunky cardi, YUK) but I ...

My walking boots seem to have developed a leak whenever I do some boggy walking.........even avoiding puddles they seem to get wet. I think I must have a hole somewhere - so how do I find it and how do I fix it?

They are not leather boots and in very good condition.......

Thank you!

Just a quick hello, I have 2 questions which I'll post in a min. I have done the majority of my Christmas pressie shopping (yay) just a couple of things to get!

Told everyone I would not be writing out a zillion cards this year, but would donate to charity instead.

So how is everyone?

I like where I live, we are lucky with our neighbours, close to town and only a few mins drive to a mountain!

although having looked at the rain this morning, think that will be knocked on the head for a bit, too slippery.......

I can see both sides to this - I never did it as a child but infortunately there is too much peer pressure and shop marketing to ignore it. Once the littlies have gone, lights off, strong curry, decent horror! Bliss! although one year I remember hubby was out and I decided it was me and the remote c...

Theres a trick to it...........lots of small steps and get your breathing right.......day dreaming of what goodies you can have when you get home..........hot bath...........feeling smug......and the fact that many of my clothes are a wee bit too big for me now!

Gonna try and get a couple of web links up so you can see where I walk. For those of you in south wales its just past Abergavenny/Llanfoist area. No Skirrid piccies unfortunately but lets try the Blorange (shudder) and the Sugar Loaf: http://www.abergavenny.net/gallery/blorenge.php http://www.geogra...

I like the cheesy horrors they tend to put on tv! We get the littlies with parents who are usually quite cute (except one year I was dressed ready to go to a party and scared one lot half to death heh heh) but any teens with masks get told "on yer bike mate". Last year we had no-one. all the more sw...
